GADANSU Delegation Pays Courtesy Call on Nuumo Gborbu Wulomo Shitse Overlord of the GaDangme State
A delegation from the GaDangme National Students Union (GADANSU) on Friday, 26th September, paid a courtesy visit to Nuumo Gborbu Wulomo Shitse, Overlord of the GaDangme State, to discuss education, youth development, and unity within the GaDangme community.
Key highlights of the visit:
✅ The delegation expressed appreciation for the allocation of the GaDangme Students Secretariat to the Union.
✅ Updates were shared on the GaDangme Volunteer Teachers Program in collaboration with the Ghana Education Service (Greater Accra Region), alongside other initiatives.
✅ The delegation requested the blessings and endorsement of the Overlord for the Volunteer Teachers Program, marking a strong step in securing traditional backing.
✅ The President of GADANSU also introduced the Head of Gender Affairs and the Head of Education Department to the Overlord, reinforcing institutional engagement with traditional authority.
The visit deepened the bond between GaDangme youth and traditional leadership, reaffirming a shared commitment to education, cultural heritage, and community development.
